Component Remanufacturing

• Turbine Shafts -Weld and re-profile fins, repair ring groove, grind journals, straighten, polish and balance.

• Bearing Housing -Repair seal bore to standard size. Bore journals oversize to meet OEM specifications.

• Back Plate Assembly/Seal Plate -Replace seal bore, machine to meet OEM specifications, and replace thrust washer.

• Turbine Housing Repair -Remove and replace cartridge and exhaust side mounting. Remove broken bolts, resurface and repair cracks in throat section.

• Compressor Wheel -Weld and re-profile fins, polish and balance.
